This Tuesday is Shrove or Pancake Tuesday.Don’t know what that is?

I guess it’s somewhat ironic that I made vegan pancakes….either way, I celebrated tradition and made breakfast for dinner and it was good!
I used this simple recipe that turned out really good.
1 Cup Flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Salt
1 cup “milk”
2 tbsp oil
1. Mix the dry ingredients together and then add the wet. Place on a hot frying pan and flip when bubbling on one side.
